2 min: ROW for cal

2 min:  Push Press

3 min: ROW for cal

3 min: Push Press

12 minutes

1 min: double unders

1 min: air squats

2 min: double unders

2 min: air squats

3 min: double unders

3 min: air squats

Athletes will have 2 scores: total rep count from cal/pp reps AND total DU’s and squat reps.
