It’s COOL in the gym at the  6 am class!  Beat the heat and join the early birds…

SWOD:

Front Squat

work to a moderate 3 rep weight

then…

EMOM for 7 minutes

3 reps front squat

WOD:

20 min AMRAP

400 m row

10 front squat (95/65#)

10 push press (95/65#)

25 sit ups

**Goal is to complete front squat and push press without setting your bar down!!
