Today is the only day you’ll see the barbell this week!

SWOD:

Hang Cleans

build to a heavy 3 reps then…

EMOM 7 min

3 reps @ your heavy weight

WOD:

12 min AMRAP

9 DB deadlifts (60/45#)

6 burpees

3 DB power cleans (60/45#)

Remember:  a 12 min WOD is ALWAYS a SPRINT!  Your lungs should be burning after this one!!
