complete 2 rounds

6 bar facing burpees

8-12 minutes…

complete 2 rounds

8 OHS

8 bar facing burpees

and so on and so forth…

***if you fail the designated amount of reps in the designated timeframe, go back to the last full set of reps completed and stick to that rep scheme until the last athlete in the class finishes!***
