New CFS member Judy, with her great handstand skills!

Hey CFS Members!!

By now many of you have received an email asking you to update your payment information.  This is a real email.  I promise you are not being hacked.  AS OF JUNE 1st, 2017, CrossFit Sonora will be changing our gym management software.  We will be making the transition during the month of May.  The new software will include a check in procedure and you will be receiving instructions via email, on how to log in and update your account information.  

SWOD:

10 walking barbell lunges (5 each leg) in front rack position.

Work to a max set for the day, rest approx. 3 minutes between sets for maximal efforts

WOD: for quality, NOT time

3 rounds

10 strict T2B

10 strict pull ups

30-60 sec. handstand hold

30 sec. L sit in rings
