Handstand Hold/Shoulder Taps (Cherry Pickers)

4 X 30 seconds

1 minute rest between sets

then accumulate 2 minutes of weighted planks (35/25#)

WOD:

3 rounds for time

10 OHS (115/75#)

15 GHD sit ups

20 Box Jumps (24/20#)
