Hope everyone had a groovy Easter!! After all those chocolate bunnies, it’s time to hit the gym!

SWOD:

E3MOM

3 front squats with a 3 second hold at the bottom position

*5 rounds total

**Maintain the same weight across each set

WOD:

3 rounds for reps

minute 1: AMRAP wallballs (20/14#)

minute 2: AMRAP pull ups

minute 3: AMRAP ring dips

minute 4: rest

*score is your round with the lowest amount of total reps
