SWOD:

you have 10 minutes to build up to the back squat weight…

WOD:

18 minutes for 6 rounds

Minute 1: 10 back squats (185/125#)

Minute 2: max air squats

Minute 3: Recovery, single unders

Post WOD Core Work:

tabata 8 rounds-alternating Hollow Hold-Arch Hold (Superman)

tabata 8 rounds-alternating side plank hold

There will be no YOGA this Saturday 4/8, following the 9 am workout.  Kim and Mountain Om Yoga is on vacation this week! We hope you have a glorious vaycay Kimmy!
