**the weight should be heavy enough that the second strict press is difficult

The next 6 week cycle of CrossFit Sonora’s OPEN BAR Barbell Club will begin next Monday, April 10th.  Classes will be held each Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 6:30pm.  Cost is $75 for CFS members and $90 for non members.  The programming is done and Coach Jorden is excited to get started on the next cycle!!  Don’t miss out on this opportunity to build strength and confidence under the barbell, while refining your technique.
