03/11/2017 Buddy Saturday is BACK!

Missing quite a few from this pic but a great time was had by all during our Hawaiian Tropic themed 17.3!! There’s still time to complete your workout AND earn points for your team. The 17.3 party doesn’t end until Monday at 5 pm!

Coach Jen will be at the gym at noon today if anyone needs to complete 17.3 and Coach Shannon will be at the gym on Sunday at 2pm as well!  Come get your workout in and get it validated!  Scores are due by 5pm on Monday.

WOD: Partner Workout (one partner working at a time and BOTH partners must run!)

25 min AMRAP

400 m run

8 handstand pushups

12 pullups

16 ground to overhead (95/65 lbs)

2 rope climbs
