High rep, low weight…the purpose here is to build muscle memory and develop awesome mechanics!!

Don’t forget this weeks OPEN theme is Hawaiian!  Dress accordingly and heats will begin at 4:30 this week!  If you want to come earlier to warm up and be ready to go that will work too!  We will have judges ready to count your reps for ya!!  17.3 will be announced tonight at 5 pm!
