HINT: 1 Round of Cindy=5 pull-ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats

So here’s a little strategy…If RUNNING is the hard part for you, then push harder on the run.  If BODYWEIGHT movements are more challenging for you, then go out of your comfort zone and try to perform the rounds unbroken.  It’s not rocket science.  Just do what you aren’t good at, and go the extra mile while you’re doing it (no pun intended).
