WOD:  AMRAP 16 minutes

IN TEAMS OF 3

Athlete A: 1 Round

50 Double Unders

15 Push Press (115/75 lbs)

10 toes 2 bar

Athlete B:

As many Rope Climbs as possible while Athlete A performs 1 round of the complex.

Athlete C:

Rest

After Athlete A completes the complex, athletes will rotate positions.  Score=Total Rope Climbs for the Team.
