It’s that time of year again!  Each January we attempt to complete our CrossFit Totals.  The CFTs are the sum of your 1 rep max’s for each of the 3 lifts.  This will give you an idea of where you stand with your strength numbers, according to your bodyweight. Totals will usually take quite a long time.  Attempt to limit yourself to 3 attempts at each lift!  It will be very important to have some sort of idea of where you should start with each lift.  Refer back to your records either in your WODbook, myWOD app or phone (or wherever you keep your results.)  AND REMEMBER TO WRITE DOWN YOUR RESULTS FROM TODAY!
