SWOD:

EMOM for 15 minutes

3 bodyweight back squats, warm up slowly to your working set.

WOD:

GI Jane

100 burpee pull ups for time (scale to burpee ring row or burpee jumping pull up if you can reach the lower bars)

We will have a 09:00 am and 10:30 am class tomorrow for New Year’s Eve!!  Come join us for a workout and get ready to kick off the New Year right!
