We had a great time at the 12 Days of Christmas WOD! A total of 36 athletes completed the workout, and of those that opted for the 12 oz. beer instead of burpees, NOT ONE barfed! Score!! We sincerely hope that all of our members had a beautiful Christmas with their loved ones. Now it’s time to recover from our indiscretions, (aka, fudge, cocktails, cookies, pies, dinner rolls, and candy canes) and get back to our normal routine. After a loooong weekend of holiday spirit, Monday is sure to be a FUN one!!
