2 bar facing burpees
3 push press
5 wall balls
6 split lunges
8 DB snatches (4 ea arm) (55/35#)
9 box jumps
10 front squats
11 hand release push ups
12 ounces of cold BEER! or 12 burpees to substitute
Perform the workout just like the song…sing it out loud if you need to…
On the first day of Xmas my CrossFit Box gave to meeeeee…1 clean and jerk.
On the second day of Xmas my CrossFit Box gave to meeee…2 bar facing burpees, 1 clean and jerk.
On the third day of Xmas my CrossFit Box gave to meeeeee…3 push press, 2 bar facing burpees, and 1 clean and jerk.
and so on and so forth until you get to have your 12 oz. of cold beer or 12 burpees then work your way back to the top! It’s a grinder!
