BTW…We are totally kidding about the “top off” thing.  Keep it rated G people, the kids are out of school on winter break!  And besides, it’s cold outside, we can’t be having any frost nip!   (.) (.)


5 x 10 DB curls (each arm)

start light and increase weight as you move up through the sets.

After each set of 10, hold a 1 minute plank.  Rest 1 minute between efforts
