This workout will require you to bring both of yours into the gym;)

 

WOD:

10 strict press (115/75#)

15 OHS

20 push press

25 front squats

30 push jerks

35 back squats

***Disclaimer***Any time you put your barbell down, you must immediately perform a 100 m Dumbbell Farmers Carry(45/30#)

Don’t forget the CFS Griswold/Tacky/Thrift Store Christmas Party happening this Saturday the 17th at 7 pm!  Bring a potluck dish to share and any special holiday spirits you may want to indulge in.  We will have beer and wine and A HECK OF A LOT of holiday spirit!  And there may or may not be a laser light show and disco ball involved…Friends and Family members are welcome, but ADULTS ONLY PLEASE!  After this week’s workouts, things might get a little crazy!  Just kidding…but seriously.
