The lovely and talented Staci Curtis will be teaching a powerful Vinyasa Yoga Flow at CrossFit Sonora on Monday, November 14th, 11:45am-12:45pm.  She will kick our butts with her cardio flow, lift our spirits with rockin’ music, flip our perspective with inversions, open our hips, shoulders and hearts, while adding in something a little challenging for everyone.  Childcare will be available for $3.  You can also find Staci at the Yoga Loft on Sundays 5-6:15pm and Tuesdays 8-9:15am, and Power Fitness Fridays 9:30-10:45am.  She is also available for personal sessions!
