WOD:

18 min EMOM

Odd minutes: 20 UNBROKEN Wall balls

Even minutes: 12 UNBROKEN C2B pullups

 

There will be lots of accessory work to fill in the time!  We will be working on some lateral spinal flexion, shoulder activation and a few other strength items in addition to the workout!  Come in a work off all those Halloween treats!  You won’t be sorry!
