Clean and jerk complex (8 min time cap)

2 squat cleans + 1 jerk: work up to a heavy complex


10 min EMOM

2 squat cleans + 1 jerk


15,12, 9, 6, 3 of each

clusters (squat clean into a thruster) (95/65 lbs)

ring dips
