In Partners perform in ‘I go, you go…’
30 Cherry Pickers (aka handstand hold with shoulder touches)
40 Toes to Bar
5 Rounds
* Break up movements between each other however you like.
* One person working at a time.

Fun little partner Workout for the last Saturday of the month. Ideally, you should partner up with someone of similar ability, but if that doesn’t work out, that’s ok. Partners can perform different movements. For example, if one partner is doing Handstand Walks and the other Cherry Pickers, just halve the required distance/reps and  go back and forth until you have both completed your portion.

It is a total of 5 rounds.  You share the load within those 5 rounds. You can perform as many or as little reps before you switch with your partner. Ideally, split the load between you, but if someone is better at one thing, you can take some more of the load.

You can modify the Handstand Walking/Cherry Pickers to Box Round the Worlds if needed. A total of 15 per round. Scale the Toes to Bar to knee to elbows, or Hanging Leg Raises, but your knees need to break parallel with the ground.
