The weight for this workout is intended to be moderately heavy for the majority. We will take some time in the Prep to work up to a Heavy Back Squat to give you an idea of what load you should use for the workout.
The Squats should be done unbroken and relatively fast for all categories. Use racks if possible.
Rxd: GHD Situps are 8 reps per round.
