50m Prowler/Sled Pull Sprint
If done properly, this workout will really hurt! Each effort is to be performed at 100%. The rest periods may not seem long enough, but they should be plenty to get full recovery.
If we have a good amount of people in each class, we will just have people go as the Prowlers/sleds become available. The workout will still have a great effect with slightly more or less rest.
* *Substitute tire flips, barbell carries, heavy farmers carries, etc on your back or front rack or do something else that requires the body to get a little uncomfortable in a ‘different’ way.
For Each Category: Fitness and RX The load on the Prowler should be light enough so that you can push it in one effort over the 50m, but heavy enough so that you can’t push it ANY further! The amount of weight used will vary depending on the surface you push your Prowlers on.
