06/16/2016 Pinecrest Hike This Saturday!!

Don’t miss the Pinecrest Hike on Saturday with Coach Jenn.  Take your love of fitness to the outdoors and get some fresh air!  This will be in place of a Saturday workout in the gym.  Feel free to do some lakeside push ups, squats, lunges, burpees, beach sprints or whatever your heart desires, along the trail or sand.  Meet at the gym at 9am to head up the hill!  Pack water, snacks or a lunch and enjoy the beautiful views!!

Bodyweight Bonanza for your Thursday! The workout is intended to make you breathe really hard but also challenge you to keep moving!!!…Go hard, go fast!

The Box Jump height is set the same for men and women today.
