Beautiful back squat Rach!

WOD:

100m Prowler Push/Sled pull
50 DB Step Ups (45/25lbs)
100m Prowler Push/Sled pull
50 DB Single Leg Deadlifts
100m Prowler Push/Sled pull

For the Step Ups, 50 reps is the total amount, 25 each leg.

Same for the Single leg Deadlifts. These need to be alternating and you need to touch the DB to the ground for each rep.
