Five rounds of ascending reps. Always a little soul crushing. This workout shouldn’t feel too bad at the end, the reps are set low enough so that people can make their way through at a relatively fast pace. The Handstand Walking or Hand Releases will be the limiting factor for most people.

The load is light – moderate. All sets should be able to be done unbroken.
