The Row into Walking Lunges will be a hard transition, especially after a few rounds. Push through as much as you can! Start out a little conservative on the Row so you don’t ruin yourselves too early on.
Score = Cals + Walking Lunges reps – Seconds you rest on the Ring Hold (all rounds added) Grab some chalk, so you can keep track!
* So, basically, every time you need to come down from the Ring Hold, you take off the amount of seconds you rest from your total score. So, if you rest three times for 5sec each, you need to take off 15 reps for that round.
