WOD:

15 burpees or 200 m run (your choice)
15/10 cal Row
With whatever time remaining
of 5min, perform max set of Double Unders
4 Round

Work hard on the bike and the row! Ideally, you should be pretty fatigued by the time you get to the Double Unders! A good goal would be around 100 Double Unders per round. That would be 400 Double Unders total, which is a lot!

Score   = Total amount of Double Unders

Fitness: use the Single Fast Feet Plate Jumps or single unders as the sub for double unders.
