We like this workout because it is pretty unassuming, but it gets a little spicy with the Power Snatch into OH Walking Lunges combo!! 12min should feel like a long time for this workout. It should take 1min or less per round to start off with. Top performers should aim for over 10 rounds.
Depending on space, the Lunges can be done walking or on the spot. Use the same load for the Lunges as for the Power Snatch.
Fitness: Use a ball that you can do all 8 reps unbroken with each round. A Power Snatch weight that you can do all 6 at a decent pace. If you struggle with the OH Lunge using an empty bar, you can sub in a Plate or even PVC for this.
