WOD:

400m Run
6 Muscle Up
10 GHD Situp
200m Run
3 Muscle Up
10 GHD Situp
AMRAP 20min

The goal for this workout is for people to have to perform Muscle Ups during fatigue. Including a lot of running and GHD situps helps with this stimulus. People who are great at Muscle Ups will most likely make it to the third round, but most people will probably get somewhere in the second round.

This doesn’t mean you should run slow to conserve energy for the Muscle ups!

Rxd: We want you to get fairly big sets of Muscle Ups,  but do not jeopardize your intensity by standing around the rings resting.

Fitness: We have kept all the distances and reps fairly short for so you can keep intensity high and keep moving pretty consistently for the full 20 min!!
