10 OH Squat (75/45lbs)
The focus of this workout is to maintain a relatively HIGH intensity throughout the whole thing. The run is short and the OH Squats are light. Find a pace that is uncomfortable but you think you can maintain. Each round should take around 2min MAX, probably more in the realm of 90sec. The squats should all be done unbroken.
********On Saturday April 16th, 2016, Summerville High student Kurt Bryant will host his Senior Project at CFS. Kurt will host a Murph workout and all members, families and friends are invited to attend! This will be in lieu of the 9 am class that day. The workout can be done individually or as a team.
