Last workout of the month. Gymnastics bonanza! The aim for today is to be able to do each movement unbroken each round. You should be able to just tick away at each round consistently at the same pace for the full 16min.
Fitness: sub the HSPU with Shoulder Press and use a weight for the Shoulder Press that you can just get 3 in a row each time.
