Great partner workout! Partner A does one round, while Partner B rests, then switch. Enough time to catch your breath, shake your arms out and then go again! Because you are doing it in partners and you’ll get programmed rest, this should be an all out sprint and some teams will most likely get over 30 rounds. The goal is to have someone moving at all times, and recover when it is your turn to rest!
