A lot of volume overhead today. Ensure the shoulders are warmed up well and ready to lift heavy! For most people anything over a set of 3 is going to be really uncomfortable so many people will want to be conservative on the sets of 5 and especially the 10!! We encourage you to really push it!!
Aim to hold the same load for the 3 x 5 Push Press and then only take off a small percentage for the 10 reps. We would rather see you get 9 reps, than easily complete 10. Basically, you want every set to be a struggle to finish.
Same goes for the Push Jerk. Hold a heavy weight for the 3 x 3 and then take off a small percentage for the 6 reps.
