30 Double Unders
15 Barbell Weighted Lunge-on your back (135/95lbs)
This one is designed to get your heart rate going (in those double unders) just enough to make those lunges feel a little spicy and heavy! Because 16.1 JUST WASN’T ENOUGH!! Some people’s hamstrings might be a little lit up from the Deadlifts yesterday and 16.1, so if you need to go a little lighter than usual, do it.
For the Double Unders, attempt to do the set unbroken. If you really want a challenge: if you break the set, repeat that set until you perform them unbroken. This might take up a little extra time but who really cares?! Push yourself!
