3-2-1 GO!!

WOD:  16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (95/65 lbs)
8 bar facing burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

SCALED 16.1
25-ft. front rack walking lunge (45/35 lbs)
8 bar facing burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 45 lb.
Women lunge 35 lb.

Wooo hoo the Open is finally here and it’s a great one to start!! All classes will be doing the OPEN workout today.  There won’t be much time to get warm because even with just 2 heats going through it we are looking at 45min of workout and transition time.

This is a 20min workout with all pretty simple movements.  Stay moving at a nice consistent pace aiming to get all of the lunge sections unbroken if possible.

Good luck everyone!  Don’t forget the OPEN CELEBRATION immediately following the 5:30 pm WOD tonight.  Bring a snack to share, and any special adult beverages that you may want (we will have some silver bullets for ya) and come hang out and troubleshoot, brainstorm and debrief 16.1 while we mobilize, BS and hangout!
