parallette pass throughs
Another longer workout today with a slightly different focus than yesterday. No load, just find a good steady pace and move through it. The limiting factor will be the pass throughs, since these are time consuming and also get really tough! For the 5 rounds of rowing, aim to hold a decent pace each round. Ideally, the same pace for all 5. Make sure you perform the pass through’s properly. They can get a little sloppy when you get fatigued. These can also be performed with benches or boxes.
Friday’s classes will all be performing the OPEN 16.1 workout. You still have time to log in to the CF Games website and register to participate!! DO IT! We will have a OPEN CELEBRATION tomorrow night immediately following the 5:30 pm class. We ask that you bring a snack to share and if you’d like any special adult beverages, other than Coors Light, you’re welcome to bring that too! We are going to hang out with Coach Jen well into the OPEN GYM hours to kick off the 2016 OPEN season.
