Simple yet lung burning workout for your Wednesday!
For all athletes, make sure you are performing full range mountain climbers. This means your feet need to be coming up to be in line with your hands at the top of the movement. You should have no more than 5-10 sec rest at the end of each minute.
We have made the warm up a skilled gymnastics based one. These are all fun little movements/challenges for people to constantly be working on. Challenge yourself to try something new, there will be lots of practicing some really fun movements we haven’t seen in quite a long time! Anyone heard of inverted burpees and skin the cats?
