Congrats to Jen Moran on her recent Level 1 CF Trainer cert! BAM!!! Jen will be offering a 5:30 pm class of Friday nights at CFS as well as open gym hours on Tues/Thurs/Fri nights till 8PM!

Congrats to Jen Moran on her recent Level 1 CF Trainer cert in Aromas at the CF RANCH! BAM!!! Jen will be offering a 5:30 pm class on Friday nights at CFS as well as open gym hours on Tues/Thurs/Fri nights till 8PM!

WOD:

In teams of 3:

200 Power snatch (75lbs/45lbs)
300 Pushup
400m Heavy Sled Push/Drag

Only 1 person working at a time for the Power Snatch and Pushup. . .2 People can be pushing the sled at one time. The third person can sub in as needed. Lots of rest:work, so make sure when it is your turn, you are going hard!  Use a prowler or sled loaded up with enough weight so that two people pushing it will only get up to 50m before you need to stop.  The Power Snatch should be light enough so that each person should be able to rep out at least 10 each time it is their turn.
