Part 1: Find a heavy 3 rep deadlift for today! Don’t worry about what you can normally lift, each day presents a different stimulus depending on a variety of external factors. Rest, nutrition, recovery, stress levels, etc.
Part 2: To build a stronger deadlift base, athletes should find a moderate load and then stick with it. The load should be so that you can perform all reps each set unbroken. It is only 7minutes so you should be moving pretty fast the whole time. It’s a sprint! Burpees needs to be done facing the bar with a two footed take off and landing. Shoot for up to 10 rounds for a good score!
