We now have morning childcare once again! Beginning today, we will have babysitting available for the little ones at the 0900a and 1030a classes on TUESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY!! Cost is $3 per child, per visit. Parents can now relax and get their workout in without the worry. If there is interest in Monday and Wednesday AM childcare, please let Shannon know!

Hip Extensions
Lower body bodyweight blaster today!! The workout isn’t a long one and should take around 10-15min. The limiting movement will be the pistols, the hip extensions/goodmornings should be done with not much resting. Pistols are done alternating legs.
