EMOTM x 20 minutes

even min:

8 power snatch (115/75lbs)
odd min:

16 DB Step ups (45/25lbs)

There shouldn’t be a lot of rest happening at the end of performing the movements, and 20min is a long time to just keep going.  Pick a load for both the Power Snatches and DB step ups that you think you can maintain over 10 rounds each with minimal rest.  Use a 20” inch box for the step ups to keep moving at a relatively good pace. Any higher and it slows this movement right down. Alternate legs on the step ups.
