GAZA Fundraiser this Sunday 1/24 12p-5p! Live Like Luc! Join us to honor Major Lucas “Gaza” Gruenther with a team style CF Hero workout. All proceeds will benefit the Maj. Lucas Gruenther Legacy Foundation.  Expect food, fun and friendships with a long, hard workout to celebrate Luc’s life.

WOD:

50-40-30-20-10
double unders
KB Swings (24/16kgs)

The goal here would be to do everything unbroken. This is definitely doable, it just might take some holding on to the KB for a little longer than you might like! Expect a good, long warm up with lots of double under/jump rope drills and a kb skill ladder.  There will also be some bonus work with a warm down!
