Don’t miss out on the chance to do yoga after your workouts.  Monday and Wednesday nights after the 5:30 pm classes at 6:45pm and Saturdays at 10:15am immediately following the 9am class!  It’s an excellent time to stretch while your muscles are warm and ready to be elongated.

A lot of glut/hip activation in today’s workout.  Make sure they are prepped and ready to go!
