How is everyone enjoying the week so far?!  We’ve gotten a ton of positive feedback in only 3 workouts.  Athletes have been loving the customized warm ups that relate to the programmed workouts.  “A good warm up is an excellent opportunity to prepare your muscles and joints for the specific demands of the workout.  It teaches you skills which can make you more powerful.  It improves your overall performance and gets you sweaty and ready. ” -Pat Barber.   We appreciate your feedback!  Let us know if there is anything you really love or something you don’t really like.  We are happy to pass along the information to the appropriate peeps!  Happy WODing!

WOD:

10 Front Rack Lunge (135/95lbs)
40 double unders
Perform every 2min
5 Rounds

If there is space, perform the lunges walking. If there isn’t enough space, perform them on the spot.  The barbell needs to be taken from the ground.  The double unders should be able to be done in one unbroken set around 30sec per round.  Rest will be pretty short for each round.

Snow fell on the 5:30 pm class last night, but we still braved the 200 m runs like a bunch of BAMFs!
