WOD:

tabata squat

tabata deadlift (155/105#)

tabata squat

tabata deadlift (155/105#)

tabata intervals are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.  There is no rest between exercises.  Perform all 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next.
