Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving Feasts!  Come beat the bloat today and kickstart your metabolism with a post Thanksgiving WOD!  According to ACTIVE.com, the average American consumes 3,000 calories during Thanksgiving dinner.  Add in appetizers, cocktails and other meals throughout the day, and your looking at about 4,500 calories.  YIKES!!  All the more reason to get into the gym for one of our morning classes.  9:00 and 10:30 AM classes ONLY today!
