Who had fun doing the virtual shoveling?!  It’s definitely a bit different, that’s for sure!  One of the objects of CrossFit is to be ready for whatever life hands you on any given day…“CrossFit is a general physical preparedness program. That means the aim is to get you ready for anything. After form and consistency, we train with intensity because it is the key variable associated with favorable results. In other words, if all you ever do is long distance, slowly you will probably have trouble completing Fran, but if you do CrossFit you will probably have no problem hiking 12 miles.”-CrossFit Santa Cruz

Don’t forget the Gymnastics Clinic this Sunday 10 am!  Cost is $25.  Come work on your core strength and balance and most importantly, your HANDSTANDS/HANDSTAND WALKS!

WOD:

-Run 400 meters

-25 left arm snatches

-25 right arm snatches

-25 pullups

-Run 400 meters

-20 left arm snatches

-20 right arm snatches

-20 pullups

-Run 400 meters

-15 left arm snatches

-15 right arm snatches

-15 pullups

-Run 400 meters

**Use a 1.5 pood kb (53#) or 55 lb dumbbell for men/1 pood kb (35#)  or 35 lb dumbbell for women.  Workout will be power snatches.
